Socio-Economic Benefits:
The significance of this project is to find homes, apartments and different properties for rent, buying and lease. If a person wants to migrate from one city to another, he can easily search for properties available. The person does not have to search for any property himself physically visiting different locations. He can simply register and login to application and find his/her desire property in his favorite location. If the person does not want the headache of contacting property dealers and waste time and money, he can simply contact any agent available on the spot from system or deal by self.
Project Methodology:
We use the incremental model in this project. The incremental model is a process of software development where requirements are broken down into multiple standalone modules of the software development cycle. Incremental development is done in steps from analysis design, implementation, testing/verification, and maintenance.
