Blog/Discussion Forum for Dengue Patients is a web-based application which will help users to interact with other users, patients, and doctors etc. This application will allow users to get a Prediction of Disease (in our case i.e., dengue) by using MCQ’s. User will take our MCQ’s based test and he can also send his possible symptom images to our doctor in chat box. Users will be able to see some data related to doctors. Users will be able to see different Blogs, articles, and research paper relevant to different diseases including dengue. Users will be able to see data of hospitals. Prediction for next dengue spread will be available.

Main objectives of our web application are:
1. To promote public health awareness by providing educational content on various
health conditions, preventives measures, and healthy lifestyle choices.
2. Emphasize the importance of early detection, regular screenings, and disease
prevention to empower users in making informed decisions about their health.
3. One of the critical objectives of our website is to prioritize user privacy and data
security by providing transparent policies regarding data collection, storage, and
usage.
4. The website should be designed with user experience in mind, ensuring it is easy to
navigate, virtually appealing, and responsive across different devices
Socio-Economic Benefit
In this busy era, People think about fast and easy solutions to their problems. Due to
workload, people become lazy, and they don’t visit doctors for their little health issues that
can cause major problems in upcoming time. Our web application Discussion forum will
make a bridge between patient and doctor. It will be easy for a patient to visit the
application and gain the necessary information. User will be able to get an idea whether he
is suffering from dengue or not. In case of emergency, he can consult a doctor and our web
application will also suggest hospitals in case a person wants to search. Our web application
will also play a role in educating people by giving authentic information about different
health issues, diseases etc.
Methodologies
Our Website is developed using Laravel framework for the Backend and Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript are used for Frontend. Xampp and MySQL is used for database. a website where it can take test of user, generate report and recommends doctors. Additionally user also schedule meeting with doctor.
Outcome
Our web Application is facilitating three kinds of people, Patients, Doctors, and Admin.
Complete info of every user will be stored. Patients can book appointment will any
registered doctor. Admin can view, update, or delete anything. Currently there are limited
areas, doctors, and hospitals which user can view on our website but in future we can extend
the scope of this web application according to our requirement.
