The system is composed of a web-based interface, which provides a user-friendly interface for the users to interact with the system .Overall, the Online Tailoring Hub is an effective tool for tailors to manage their business in an efficient and cost-effective way. By using this system, tailors can reduce their manual effort and improve their efficiency. Furthermore, it also helps tailors to provide better customer service and tailor clothing orders according to the customer’s preferences.

Objectives

The objective of an online tailoring Hub is to streamline and optimize the tailoring process through the effective use of technology and online platforms. This system aims to provide a convenient and user-friendly experience for both customers and tailors. By digitizing the tailoring process, the system enables customers to easily browse through various designs, provide measurements, and place orders online. It allows tailors to efficiently manage orders, track progress, and communicate with customers. The system aims to improve accuracy and reduce errors by automating measurements and providing digital design previews. Methodologies

The methodology of our system is Waterfall model. The Waterfall methodology follows a linear and sequential approach. It involves distinct phases such as requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Each phase is completed before moving on to the next. This methodology is suitable when the requirements and scope of the project are well-defined and unlikely to change significantly.

Outcome

A user-friendly interface allowing customers, tailors, and administrators to create their accounts and log in to the system securely. A feature that allows customers to provide their measurements, style preferences. It should also enable them to browse through available designs, place orders, view order status, and communicate with the tailors. A module that allows tailors to create and manage their profiles, showcase their portfolio of designs, update availability, and communicate with customers regarding their orders. A comprehensive system to manage the entire order process, including order placement, assignment to tailors, tracking progress. A rich database of designs, styles, which can be categorized and updated regularly. Customers should be able to search and select designs from the catalog.
