Integrated Gym System, addresses gym management challenges in Pakistan. It eliminates the need for third-party vendors, offers reliable authentication, and targets specific users. The system automates tasks like monitoring and billing, with tailored graphical representations. It improves efficiency, accuracy, and minimizes errors. Security is ensured through fingerprint scanning, capturing entry data along as well. Members are provided with a smartwatch to track progress. This solution fills a market gap, offering a credible, most cost effective and integrated solution for gym management in Pakistan. There is really no competitor that checks all the boxes unlike this project.

Methodologies

Development of the Integrated Gym System had utilized a hybrid methodology, combining Agile and Waterfall approaches. It started with a structured planning phase, defining requirements and goals. Then, an Agile approach was adopted, breaaking the project into sprints for iterative development and testing. Certain aspects, like schema design, followed a more sequential Waterfall approach as they could not be changed afterwards. Flexible and independent portions used an agile approach. Regular communication and collaboration was maintained with supervisor and teachers, that allowed for flexibility, adaptability, and a well-planned implementation.

Outcome

The implementation of the Integrated Gym System brings several positive outcomes for gym and fitness center management: 1. Streamlined Operations: The system automates manual tasks, reducing human error and improving efficiency. This leads to smoother operations, saving time and effort for gym owners and staff. 2. Improved Member Experience: Features like the mobile app and smartwatch integration enhance the member experience by providing exercise guidance and progress tracking. This promotes member engagement and satisfaction. 3.
