Our project will help to make environment neat and clean. The system is easy to use and understand. Customer/ User will ask Manager by placing a request by entering the address and selecting the service they want to request i.e., Picking up the garbage, place bin, or other services. The requests will be saved, and Manager can view the saved requests on his panel and send staff/ workers for their request by sending vehicle.
This product helps in making environment clean and ensuring good health of our people. Major functionality of this product is to dispose the garbage into a place where the waste can be made less harmful and can be recycled. This system will be getting user’s request with their address, Manager will ask user to pay the cost and then will assign staff with the vehicle. Manager can also update status of request that either it is pending/ in process/ completed or rejected. User can see the status of their request either it is in process or rejected. Also, this system will show the map to find the shortest path to the dumping area. After the service is completed, system will ask user for review.
This product can only do the services specified. Manager can contact user by their phone number and email. Staff/ Workers do not have their own profiles because some of them are not that literate to use web profile, but their name and address will be saved by Manager in database.
This is a new system which includes several new functionalities that are not seen in any previous similar system. In Pakistan, there is only one system that is handling the wastes in a proper way but now our system will do it in a better and more advanced way. Our project includes some major functionalities that a user wants i.e., requesting for disposing of garbage, placing of bin, cleaning pits and holes that are blocked. This product is must for some areas like Karachi and some streets we walked every day, and we see pathetic situation of garbage being thrown and it is not cleaned even in months.
