Job searching and labor selection are most important for a candidate and an organization respectively. Our project provide a shared platform for the companies and the candidates without formal physical setup. All the candidates can have easy access to jobs all over the market within or outside the country. It will require less time to apply for job rather than searching manually. It will be convenient at the end of both company and candidate that is candidate can find many vacancies at same site while company can find candidate for the required vacancy. This reduces the headache for the company that they do not need to advertise and invite everyone for the interviews. Our project will help them by providing list of most feasible candidates in terms of expertise.
It describes the functionality, that an employee can search the best suited job for himself, and company can search the suitable candidate for the position in the company. Many applications and websites are there which help to manage these job advertisements portals, but our system is a bridge for the different stakeholders. The stakeholders would have separate authorities in our system. The purpose of this document is to give a complete description about how our system will work it’s for the ease of major stakeholders like admin, company and candidate. Our project is a social network on which company can give complete detailed information to the candidates for applying any job, no fake or scam job posting, security reasons are up to the mark. The purpose of this document is to provide main requirements and goals for the job searcher candidates as well as right candidate for the company too. This document helps the reader to imagine the working of job searching website, where a candidate can make his profile to search the job related to his educational background, plus the company stakeholder’s can look up to the desired candidate for their seat or position as soon as possible without physical presence of candidate at the office which will ease candidate as travelling expense will be saved and company does not need any setup or separate schedule for the interview.It is a merge of different products in such a way that in previous projects, there were some features missing which were causing issues to user. So, in our projects, we tried to add those features such as email confirmation for candidate and company to contact each other directly, no spam job posts such that authorized company can post the job vacancy and candidate can apply for it. In our project, authorized companies are verified by admin through their rating on their website. So, this is our perspective to add such new features in our FYP project.
