Project Manager Job
Caresoft Private Limited requires highly talented and experienced Project Manager with good communication skills and proven record in PHP.- Salary is negotiable according to the skill sets and experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Participates in scope analysis and initial proposal process for complex and/or large-scale business intelligence projects.
Provides resource management, including monitoring resource task loads, proposing appropriate staffing for project tasks, understanding cross-functional implications, and ensuring even distribution of work to employees
Accountable for overall planning, tracking, and execution of enterprise-level Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence projects using an iterative, multi-phase approach to ensure satisfactory and timely completion of all deliverables and overall project
Responsible for actively managing project communication, security and risk assessments, and team dynamics
Ensure that the project complies with all processes, such as requirements analysis, design/build, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and release management
Additional duties as assigned
Experience leading, managing, and developing a project plan, scope, work breakdown structure (WBS), and priorities
Experience of release management through git
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 7 Years of relevant experience
Knowledge of data warehousing applications, processes, and systems
Business Analysis/Business Intelligence experience interfacing with customers to collect, refine, design, analyze, test and support large Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse projects and applications requirements leveraging data from ERP, CX, Finance, HR, and other business domains
Technical experience with DW/BI tools, such as power Bi, quick sight, Tableau, etc
Knowledge of cloud-based services, such as OCI, AWS
Knowledge of cross-functional project methods and techniques
Knowledge and/or experience with various project management methodologies. These may include agile methods such as Scrum, predictive methodologies, Waterfall.
Experience with Project Management tools using JIRA to provide cross-functional resource management, reporting,Gantt charts, tracking, and work views
Skilled in writing technical and non-technical project materials including project plans, timelines, and status reports
Skilled in planning and managing business intelligence projects.
Understanding in data collection and analysis and work independently and on team
Ability to manage stakeholder’s expectations/escalations in a highly visible department
High level of energy, self-motivation, and strong customer focus
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Git version controlling.
Education:
Minimum Graduate along with PMP, CAPM, CPMP, CPM or similar Certification.
Experience in project management for higher education or related larger organizations
