Our business idea is about an ice cream truck that provides different flavors of scoops and ice creams. The name on the truck is FroSnow wheels and our slogan is “ for the kid in all of us”

Major benefit of this ice cream truck is that it has no location boundaries and we are not fixed to certain location. In Pakistan we barely see an ice cream truck and it also reduces the search cost in a way that customer use to go to a certain location to buy a scoop or cone. We will reach within time to our location where there is much customer traffic as we are introducing this truck in Islamabad so our plan is to provide our product to schools, colleges and Universities students usually in their free time and afternoon , In evening to ceremony halls and events. In summers we provide 8 different flavors of scoops and 3 flavors of cones where as in winters we will delight our customers with different flavors of soups.
Practical implication and feasibility:
We are not introducing a business which is not socially acceptable, our prices are according to the standards and if we sale two hundreds per day at the rate of rupees 80 per scoop and we will reach at break even point in four months. In Pakistan, people specifically arrange chillers for their weddings and events so if they hire us we will fulfill their requirements and also when stalls are held in COMSATS and it will be pleasure for us to serve in COMSATS.
Now if we talk about startup cost, we will have a vehicle costing 12 lakh and 2 lakh for modification in order to make vehicle arrangements. Freezer cost approximately is one lakh and the machine for making cone costing 1.5 lakh UPS system is also necessary which will cost 16 thousand approximately and ingredients cost use for manufacturing ice cream will be thirty thousand and miscellaneous cost will be 20 thousand which will be cost of petrol all the cost that I have mentioned above are one-time cost and it’s total is 1760000 lakh. Owner is myself and we will need two helpers one for ice cream cone and the other is for scoops the total startup cost will 1.8 million.
