Text-Free User Interface for Punjab Police Khidmat Markaz is a web-based interface that is text free and mostly visual, we’ll ease their navigation process and facilitate them in acquiring the information that they need. The current Punjab Police Khidmat Markaz PORTAL is completely text-based. Not a lot of visuals or graphics have been used on the current web application and only the literate population of our country can extract information and take advantage of it. The reason which motivated us to work on this project is to increase the engagement of more and more people by overcoming the interface problems for uneducated people. So that more people will be aware of the situations around them and can get the free benefits provided by the government.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE:
Objectives of the designed system are as follows:
- Convey the required information through visual or audio format ?
- Respond and keep the member well informed at all levels of the services
- The redressing process by distinct direction
SOCIO-ECONOMIC BENIFITS:
The proposed system makes it easy for semi and non-literate users to get information without any physical mobility. Furthermore, it will also encourage people to get information about the current affairs around them. The system is safe and reliable as trusted authorities are managing the system. On the other hand, citizens can only interact with the method according to their needs. This website will help every illiterate person to easily get information about their required needs with help of visuals that are easily understandable without knowledge of any language etc.
PROJECT METHODOLOGY:
Text-Free User Interface for Punjab Police Khidmat Markaz is developed using the ReactJS library for building the web interface. ReactJs helps to create a website interactive with the latest framework used.
PROJECT OUTCOME:
- - Information and data regarding Punjab Khidmat will be conveyed to illiterate and semi-illiterate people.
- - To make it easy for illiterate people to get their desired certificates.
- - There is less chance of issues, fake news, and fake users on the system.
