Our Project is an android application mainly designed for job seekers to find a job with searching criteria like preferred location, job type and work profile. The database of system contains profile information of applicants and companies who offer jobs. There are two modules for login of user; one for Company and second for Candidates. After logging into the system, the Candidate will be able to get job recommendations related to his/her skills, then applicant will apply for a relevant job. The app will provide Candidate the map locations where the company is located and near me jobs. When admin of company posts a job, he’ll be able to see the list of candidates. This app have a chat box where recruiters and applicants directly communicate. Company admin can edit and delete the post.
Project Objective:
The objective of our android application is to provide flexibility to the Candidates by providing the functionalities of both job search and job application in a single application. In addition, this application provides an effective means for the Company/Employer to post job vacancies and view the job applications by the interested applicants in a single application. Employers can also view the reviews provided by the Candidates.

The Socio-economic benefits of our application is that this portal/application is simple, effective and flexible .This app is a revolutionizing element in the sphere of recruitment. This create space for Company and Candidates and provide easier access to a wide array of jobs in different sectors and skill levels. This also reduce job-matching costs and fees associated with middlemen and head-hunters. This platform is easy to use, and allows company to send SMS messages to qualified candidates. Employees then follow up directly with the employer to set up interviews.
