Our FYP is Fleet Management System, it provides fleet management services of employees and vehicles to a company who are willing to optimized their business and management issues they faces. Additionally, it provides live vehicles tracking services through GPS technology.
Project Objective:
Main objectives of our fleet management system is to accomplish tracking services, employee's jobs and reliable user-customer portal.
It is the new product with the combination of management services of different modules i.e., employees and vehicle management.

Built-in tools, such as GPS tracking, help reduce overall costs by providing valuable insight into a fleet. Management software reports can illustrate how much each vehicle is costing a company, allowing management to make improvements or change direction as needed.
Customers love to know exactly where their delivery is and when it will arrive. Fleet management software offers the ability to provide updates in real time, along with troubleshooting any issues or delays.
Project Methodology:
Fleet management systems are increasingly changing in various transport companies. Although, according to claims of different producers, usage of such systems can achieve great savings in business operations, studies show that for optimal functioning of such systems it is necessary to carry out an evaluation of the company and systems used according to several criteria. The methodology that allows the FM implementation within the transport companies starts from the analysis of the characteristics of carriers, characteristics of program packages, which is followed by the evaluation according to several criteria that influence the final choice. The aim of such an approach is adaptation to the users' requirements which eventually results in the improvement and savings in the operations.

It will solve an industrial problem that it saves the company's vehicles from theft cases.
Moreover, it will solve real-life problem that it will save company from employee's misusage of vehicles
