Profit-Pulse is a Web and Mobile based application design to help small and medium scale businesses. A centralized platform to manage operations of marketing, sales and customer service. It provides efficient solutions to streamline customers data, interactions and analytics in one place. With the help of machine learning models, the system aims to develop advance CRM capabilities.

Objectives

The aim is to provide a complete growth stack for marketing, sales and customer service. For this our applications offers enrich features for businesses to market their product, keep a track on insights, identify potential leads, manage their deals, gain insights on their sales, and handle customer inquiries. The core purpose is to help business grow faster.

Socio-Economic Benefit

Profit-Pulse CRM offers affordable access to advanced CRM functionalities tailored for small businesses. As businesses optimize operations and expand, they may hire more employees, invest in growth, and contribute to regional economic development. By digitizing customer data and interactions, Profit-Pulse CRM reduces the reliance on paper-based documentation and printing, contributing to the conservation of forests and reducing paper waste.

Methodologies

Custom Authentication and Authorization: We implemented a session based authentication and role based authorization method using Passport JS that provides secure access to users and provide a feature to add multiple team members. Drag and Drop Email Design: Users can use drag and drop feature to design and export their marketing emails. For this we have used Grape JS library. Email Generation: User can generate the content for their emails based on their requirements. At the back, we fine tuned PHI3 LLM to generate email content. Custom Email Tracking: Users can connect their Gmail accounts and send the marketing email in bulk. They can also track that who opens his email and at what time. This help business to identify new and potential leads. Facebook Campaign Analytics: Users can connect their meta ads account to oversee the campaign analytics at one place. User Website Integration: User can integrate their website with our CRM application. This helps user to gather more customer data visiting their website. Deal Management: We provide end to end deal management feature to remember each stage of every deal. Import Data: For some businesses that are operating manually in the past, We provide them feature to upload manual data sales and contact data through Excel or Json files. Talk with data: User can gain customize insights on their sales by chatting with our sales chat bot. For this, we fine tuned LLAMA LLM that connects with the MongoDB to produce insights specific to their request. Customer Query Management: Users can connect their Gmail, receive customer queries, generate and resolve tickets all in a single platform.

Outcome

Profit-Pulse has successfully centralized essential business operations, integrating marketing, sales, and customer service into a single platform. The deployment of machine learning models has further optimized these operations, offering predictive insights and automating routine tasks. The combination of user-friendly features with advanced technological implementations has positioned Profit-Pulse as a valuable tool for business growth and operational excellence.
