This is a video game project. We are developing video game using one of the most popular and widely used game engines is the “unreal engine 4” which is developed by Epic Games. The game which we called Into the Dark is an episodic, graphic adventure video game, play as neo, who has been given a second chance at life in a world devastated by the undead trying to return to life and remain in the survivors. Into the Dark is a five-level game which includes different story on each level along with different graphics and objectives. The story begins when neo awakes, he sees a devastated world by undead also known as zombies and he wants to survive so he must leave the city before it’s too late. Everyone wants to survive so it’s one of the main objectives of our game, others are leave the city, kill all and at peace.
The purpose of software being specified is to provide users new adventure, new and different experiences, impulsivity, and susceptibility to boredom. So, if user play a horror game, this will serve like taking away their boredom and giving them a new adventure. Also, this will increase children's self-confidence and self-esteem as they master this game. It will provide points of common interest and opportunities for socialization, develop skills in reading, math, technology and problem-solving.
