Using Building Information Modeling (BIM) on the Revit platform and 4D dynamic scheduling with Synchro 4D, the project streamlines processes, enhances collaboration, and optimizes project outcomes. It identifies critical success factors for adopting BIM and 4D scheduling in the Pakistani construction industry, aiming to improve efficiency, accuracy, and project performance. The project creates a comprehensive BIM model, integrating it with 4D scheduling for dynamic scheduling, clash detection, and resource optimization. 1. The methodology for this project begins with an extensive literature review on integrating BIM and 4D scheduling. A detailed building model is created in Revit for extracting BOQs for the Primavera schedule. Synchro 4D integrates the Revit model and Primavera schedule for dynamic 4D scheduling. Earned Value Analysis (EVA) assesses project performance, while clash analysis identifies and resolves clashes using 4D BIM. This methodology demonstrates the efficiency of integrating BIM and 4D scheduling, optimizing project planning, scheduling accuracy, clash detection, and overall construction performance throughout the project lifecycle. 2. As for the Research Methodology used for Research Study, we identified 25 Influencing Factors for implementing 4D Planning in Pakistan’s Construction. Afterwards, Technology Organization Environment Framework was applied to categorize the Influencing Factors into groups for the data survey. A questionnaire-based survey via Google Forms was circulated among AEC Professionals in Pakistan. After Applying various Statistical Analyses, 17 Critical Success Factors were identified and grouped into 4 Clusters by PCA. These clusters are mentioned in the video and named based on the sector highlighted by respective CSFs.
