MediChaos is a modern Hospital Management System built with the MERN stack to streamline healthcare operations. It provides tailored panels for patients, doctors, laboratorists, and admins. Patients can book appointments, access diagnostic reports, and use ML-based tools for health predictions (e.g., heart disease, diabetes, Parkinson’s). Doctors manage appointments, review patient histories, and add medical records, with real-time chat for communication. Laboratorists upload and manage patient reports, while Admins oversee hospital operations, user management, blood bank inventory, and department data. Featuring advanced Socket.io chat and TensorFlow diagnostics, MediChaos ensures efficient, reliable, and centralized healthcare management.

Objectives

The objective of MediChaos is to create a comprehensive, web-based Hospital Management System leveraging the MERN stack to streamline hospital operations and improve healthcare efficiency. The system aims to centralize and simplify tasks for four user types: Admin, Doctor, Patient, and Laboratorist. Key objectives include: 1.Providing a user-friendly interface for managing appointments, medical history, and patient diagnostics. 2.Integrating machine learning modules for predictive analysis, such as heart failure, Parkinson’s, and diabetes predictions, as well as brain tumor classification from MRI scans. 3.Enabling real-time communication between doctors and patients using Socket.io chat functionality. 4.Allowing laboratorists to upload, manage, and share medical reports securely. 5.Empowering admins to manage blood banks, hospital resources, user registrations, and event scheduling efficiently. 6.Enhancing patient satisfaction through easy access to services, including finding doctors, managing reviews, and viewing hospital facilities. MediChaos aims to revolutionize healthcare management, ensuring seamless operations and better patient outcomes.

Real-Time Communication: Socket.io for the chat feature between patients and doctors.
