ABSTRACT
The proposed system SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is an android-based application developed for POF Secondary School Wah Cantt. It will provide user-friendly environment to teachers and school to communicate with each other. The proposed system is built to make an efficient application with a better prototype. The objective of this was mainly to reduce workload for teachers and students by generating major tasks online application based like Attendance quizzes assignments and results. We have built this application according to the demand of school administration and will continue to make changes accordingly.
Project Objective:
The main goal of this project is to make major tasks including tests, assignments, attendance, results, leave applications, and learning resources available "online" for students and teachers to do in a simple manner that eliminates the need for complexity in interaction. Socio-economic Benefits :
The project's socioeconomic advantage is that it will lighten the strain on the institution so that teachers and students will have access to a platform for online communication. The project is different from previous school management projects since it will be implemented in the school and appropriate changes will be made in accordance with their needs.
Project Methodology:
The school management system approach entails automating the current manual system with the aid of comprehensive computer software, meeting their criteria, in order to retain their vital information for a longer period of time with simple access and manipulation. The necessary software is readily available and simple to use. The above-described school management system can result in an error-free, secure, dependable, and quick management system. Instead of focusing on record keeping, it can help the user focus on their other activities. This will aid organizations in making better use of their resources. Without redundant entities, the organization can retain computerized records. This implies that while accessing information, one does not have to be sidetracked by irrelevant information. The goal is to use fully functional computer software and digital equipment to automate the current manual system.
Project Outcome:
As an outcome of the project Student management system, instructors will have a simpler time doing their duties because it will be simpler for them to find and organize information. Through the application, this approach makes it simple for teachers and student managers to monitor their students' engagement.
