Tech Tailor is a modern tailoring solution that enhances the traditional tailoring process through digital innovation. The system provides customers with an online platform to customize and place orders for tailor-made clothing. Tailors and cutters can efficiently manage tasks, schedules, customer measurements, and inventory through dedicated interfaces. The platform bridges the gap between customers and tailors by offering an organized, tech-enabled ecosystem that improves customer experience, boosts productivity, and supports sustainable tailoring practices.

Objectives

The objective of Tech Tailor is to digitize and streamline the tailoring process by offering a centralized and user-friendly system for both customers and tailoring staff. Key goals include: 1) Allow customers to personalize clothing by selecting fabric, design, size, and style online. 2) Enable tailors to manage orders, measurements, and customer records through a web application. 3) Provide cutters and tailoring staff with a mobile application to receive task updates, track order progress, and record data. 4) Improve inventory and customer management with integrated tools and notifications. 5) Create a secure and scalable system for online order placement, order tracking, and feedback collection. 6) Enhance customer satisfaction by reducing miscommunication, minimizing fitting errors, and offering a smooth ordering experience.

Methodologies

Outcome

We Launched a complete digital tailoring platform accessible on mobile, and web. 1) Successfully developed modules for customer management, measurement management, order placement, and task tracking. 2) Improved the workflow between tailors and cutters through structured task assignment and updates. 3) Enabled real-time inventory tracking and notification systems for pending, ongoing, and completed orders. 4) Provided comprehensive customer history, analytics, and communication channels to enhance service quality. 5) Achieved greater customer satisfaction through faster service delivery, fewer errors, and personalized clothing options.
