Tech Tailor is a modern tailoring solution that enhances the traditional tailoring process through digital innovation. The system provides customers with an online platform to customize and place orders for tailor-made clothing. Tailors and cutters can efficiently manage tasks, schedules, customer measurements, and inventory through dedicated interfaces. The platform bridges the gap between customers and tailors by offering an organized, tech-enabled ecosystem that improves customer experience, boosts productivity, and supports sustainable tailoring practices.
The objective of Tech Tailor is to digitize and streamline the tailoring process by offering a centralized and user-friendly system for both customers and tailoring staff. Key goals include: 1) Allow customers to personalize clothing by selecting fabric, design, size, and style online. 2) Enable tailors to manage orders, measurements, and customer records through a web application. 3) Provide cutters and tailoring staff with a mobile application to receive task updates, track order progress, and record data. 4) Improve inventory and customer management with integrated tools and notifications. 5) Create a secure and scalable system for online order placement, order tracking, and feedback collection. 6) Enhance customer satisfaction by reducing miscommunication, minimizing fitting errors, and offering a smooth ordering experience.

The development followed a structured modular and iterative methodology: 1) Requirement Analysis: Gathered system needs via market research and discussions with tailors and customers. 2) System Design: Designed system architecture, data flows, and user interface wireframes using prototyping tools. 3) Frontend Development: Created responsive user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Tailwind CSS. 4) Backend Development: Built secure backend services using Laravel and Node.js to handle database operations and APIs. 5) Mobile & Web App Integration: Developed a mobile app for cutters tailors to manage workflows and Web Application for Admin and User. 6) Testing & Refinement: Performed rigorous testing including functional, unit, and user acceptance testing to ensure reliability. 7) Deployment: Implemented deployment using local environments across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. 8) Documentation: Produced technical documentation and user manuals to support usage and maintenance.
